Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven
Motion Graphics Designer
to produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The role involves creating engaging animations, reels, and promotional videos that align with brand messaging and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Video & Animation Creation: Design and produce motion graphics, explainer videos, reels, and ad creatives
• Content Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized for social media and marketing campaigns
• Creative Execution: Translate briefs into compelling visual stories with strong storytelling and pacing
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication strategy
• Platform Optimization: Adapt creatives for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ads
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver campaigns on time
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, formats, and audience preferences

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in motion graphics, video editing, or related role
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools)

Skills:

• Strong sense of design, typography, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of social media content formats (reels, shorts, ads)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proactive and open to feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
