We're looking for a

alented 3D Motion Graphic Designer
to join a fast-paced, fully remote marketing team within a global digital entertainment business.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who combines
strong creative thinking with solid technical motion skills
, and who enjoys taking ownership in a collaborative but autonomous environment.
You'll work closely with senior creatives and key internal stakeholders to deliver
high-quality, visually engaging motion assets
across digital campaigns, product launches, social content, and live event materials.
This role would suit someone who can
hit the ground running, manage their own time confidently, and thrive without heavy micromanagement
.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and stakeholders to bring briefs to life
- Produce high-impact motion graphics and video content from concept through to final delivery
- Create assets for digital campaigns, product launches, social platforms, and event content
- Design both animated and static creative assets
- Iterate and refine concepts based on feedback
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Bring fresh ideas by staying on top of animation and design trends
What they're looking for
- Strong experience with Adobe After Effects
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience using AE plugins such as:
- Element 3D
- Particular
- Optical Flares
- Saber
Comfortable working across different
video formats, aspect ratios, and compression settingsStrong eye for
motion storytelling, pacing, typography, and compositionSome exposure to
3D software
such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or MayaBonus if you have experience with
2D asset breakdowns / art retouching for animationHigh attention to detail
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working at pace and delivering under deadlines
