Responsibilities
- Graphic design and motion graphic design for our product
- 3d Modeling and animation
- Provide creative direction and strategy suggestions to the team
- Execute deliverables to expectation based on the requiremnets
- Provide quick and actionable solutions to any design problems that may arise
- Act as a subject matter expert for the creative team, providing peer-to-peer coaching on best practices to other designers
- Lead internal strategy sessions and work with the internal team to organize tasks to meet deadlines on large campaign builds
- Continuous self-review to level up creative execution
- Show a passion for what’s next! Constantly bring innovative techniques on how we communicate with audiences
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Must be quick learners and open to learn new things
- Must be able to design complex 3d models
