We're Codebuddy. We are a product engineering services company based out of Kolkata, with an office in Pune. We work with clients from different industries on a daily basis, and so far, we have worked with 120+ clients in the span of just 5 years.

Our team’s average age is 26 years. So, you get an idea of how young and energetic our team is, full of life and enthusiasm.

If you choose to join us, you’d be working in our team of 4 design ninjas. Our designs have helped startups to get acquired, even get through to Y-Combinator. So, you can clearly see the impact that our designs create.

About the role

We’re looking for a motion designer who understands that motion is a form of elite communication.

You should be able to use motion to explain, guide, and elevate experiences across brand, product, and marketing. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, timing, and design precision.

What you’ll work on

• Product walkthroughs, UI and Asset animations, and interaction motion
• Brand films, explainer videos, and launch assets
• Micro-interactions and transitions that improve usability
• Visual storytelling for marketing and sales
• Collaborating with designers to bring static ideas to life

What we’re looking for

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative flow
• Ability to simplify complex ideas through motion
• Comfort working with design systems and constraints
• Great attention to detail, else this is where you stop applying
• Ability to design motion that feels intentional

Tools & skills

• After Effects, Rive, Lottie, Jitter or equivalent motion tools
• Understanding of easing, physics, and animation principles
• Ability to work with storyboards and design files
• Awareness of how motion works across platforms
• Experience with product or SaaS motion

Nice to have

• Sound design sensitivity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
