Required skillsets and expertise:

• Senior (8+ years / 5+ with Knowledge Hub specialization)
• Exp in designing meta-first and RAG ready knowledge hub utilizing the SharePoint
• Experience with AI / GenAI / Copilot integration
• Experience managing multilingual content Knowledge Hub

Scope of Work:

• Design the site/hub architecture, navigation, term store, metadata taxonomy, site associations, governance, security model, content ingestion, OCR & Translation flow.
• Ensure the design supports flat libraries, metadata-first, minimal folder nesting, and is extensible for AI / LLM integration. Consider Search vertical, refiners, and indexing.
• Define the workflow and automation
• Work closely with Copilot / GenAI specialists to ensure the IA will support embedding, chunking, filters, permissions.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
