Digital Ad Creative Designer

Location:

Role Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital advertising image assets.
- Create assets tailored to common ad formats such as Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, and app ads.
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance and clarity.
- Deliver assets in multiple sizes, layouts, and variations as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve ad performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience creating marketing and advertising-style visual assets.
- Understanding of performance-driven design principles.
- Strong knowledge of common ad layouts and platform specifications.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar professional design tools.
Preferred
- Experience working with growth/performance marketing teams.
- Experience designing for A/B testing environments.
- Understanding of ad compliance considerations, especially in healthcare/financial services.
