Job Overview

As we continue to grow and expand our marketing initiatives across multiple offices, the demand for creative design support has significantly increased. Our current design capacity is no longer sufficient to support the scale, speed, and quality required to maintain brand standards and meet agent needs in a timely manner.

To address this gap, I am looking for the addition of a full-time Marketing Graphic Designer. This role will focus exclusively on producing high-quality marketing materials, supporting the execution of campaigns, and collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Job Highlights

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8-hour workday. 3 hours within Arizone business hours, the rest is flexible

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Purpose of the Role

The primary goal of this position is to expand the capacity and creative capabilities of the

marketing department, allowing us to:

● Improve turnaround times on design projects and reduce production bottlenecks.

● Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing channels and materials.

● Support increased marketing needs from agents, including property campaigns, personal

branding, and listing collateral.

● Provide design bandwidth for large-scale company initiatives, luxury campaigns, and

corporate marketing efforts.

● Partner with the Marketing team to create a smooth, efficient workflow between agents

and the creative team.

Role Scope & Responsibilities

The Marketing Graphic Designer will focus on the creative execution side of our marketing

strategy. Their core responsibilities will include:

Design & Production

● Create print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, property flyers, listing

presentations, social media graphics, signage, and event collateral.

● Design and format local advertising pieces using both web-based platforms

(Canva/Figma) and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

● Develop and maintain templates for recurring needs (listing packages, postcards, email

graphics, social series) to improve efficiency and consistency.

● Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple channels and formats (web, mobile, print,

email, social) while maintaining visual integrity.

● Prepare press-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when needed to ensure

accurate color, specs, and quality.

Collaboration & Workflow

● Work closely with the Marketing team to fulfill design requests and ensure creative

projects meet agent needs and deadlines.

● Translate creative briefs into high-quality deliverables with attention to detail and

on-brand messaging.

● Support marketing leadership with company-wide initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and

special projects.

● Partner with advisors and office staff to understand local market needs, proposing

design solutions and layouts that elevate their marketing.

● Help manage the intake, prioritization, and status tracking of design requests through

our project management tools, ensuring clear communication and expectations.

Quality, Brand & Asset Management

● Provide basic copyediting and proofreading support to ensure all materials are accurate

and professional.

● Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, legal, and industry standards.

● Maintain and organize a centralized library of design assets, templates, photography,

and brand elements for easy access and reuse.

● Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity by recommending refinements, layout

improvements, and design best practices that support a luxury brand experience.
