Role Overview

We’re hiring a
Marketing Graphic Designer
to create clean, high-performing content that strengthens Susanoo’s brand and supports our clients’ digital presence.

You’ll begin by designing for
Susanoo’s social channels
, producing branded graphics and reels that grow our visibility.

After your first 30 days (evaluation period), once your work meets our standards, you may be assigned to
client accounts
, collaborating with Account Managers and clients to produce social media content. If not assigned, you’ll continue creating for Susanoo’s corporate channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual content for Susanoo and client platforms (graphics, reels, ads).
• Create assets aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate directly with the company owner and Account Managers for direction and feedback.
• Own deliverables end-to-end, from concept to upload-ready assets.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and deadlines across projects.
• Stay current on design and social media trends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic or marketing design.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite , Canva , or Figma .
• Portfolio showcasing social media graphics and short-form video designs.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication, organization, and accountability in remote work.

Nice to Have

• Basic motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut).
• Experience with tech, SaaS, or service-based companies.
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools.

Work Setup

• Full-time remote role (Philippines-based).
• Communication: Slack .
• At least 2–3 hours daily overlap with EST (Toronto) for coordination.

Compensation

• ₱20,000–₱28,000 PHP/month .
• Includes a paid 30-day evaluation period before client account assignments.
