We’re Hiring: Home-Based Marketing Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

is looking for a
creative, detail-oriented Marketing Designer
to join our fast-growing U.S.-based client’s team. If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy balancing creativity with strategy, and thrive in a remote, collaborative environment—this role is for you.

This is a full-time position ideal for someone eager to expand their creative and marketing skillset while contributing to diverse design and marketing projects.

What You’ll Do

• Responsive Web Design: Create and enhance web layouts (WordPress & Elementor preferred).
• Social Media Design: Develop scroll-stopping visuals for campaigns across platforms.
• Marketing Collateral: Design case studies, infographics, flyers, and one-pagers.
• Print & Tradeshow Materials: Produce signage, banners, and event displays.
• Presentation Decks: Build visually compelling slides for internal and client use.
• Photo & Video Editing: Edit images and videos, add captions, adjust audio, and create basic motion graphics.
• Illustration & Mockups: Design digital ads, mockups, and other creative assets.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality design output.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, production, or graphic design roles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva
• Experience with responsive web design (WordPress required; Elementor preferred)
• Familiar with Figma, HubSpot, Notion, and Riverside
• Understanding of digital marketing design principles
• Experience in photo and video editing, basic motion graphics
• (Nice to have) Animation or advanced Figma experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

📅 Monday – Friday

💰 Salary Range: PHP 65,000 – 70,000
