Responsibilities
- Consult & Discover: Dig into client industries, interview stakeholders, and analyze data to find the real gaps in performance.
- Design & Create: Build world-class learning experiences. Your primary focus is high-end facilitator-led programs (virtual and in-person), with a secondary focus on interactive e-learning (Articulate 360).
- Visual Storytelling: Use expert-level PowerPoint skills to turn complex data into gorgeous, persuasive decks and learner materials.
- Manage & Lead: Own your projects from the first "hello" to the final pilot, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track.
Requirements
- Language: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin (essential for client communication).
- Experience: 6+ years in corporate Instructional Design/LXD. You’ve "been there, done that" with both virtual and face-to-face formats.
- The "Consultant" Brain: You have strong business acumen and can talk strategy with corporate leaders.
- You design for how adults actually learn, not just to check a compliance box.
Tech Stack:

PowerPoint (Visual Design & Narrative).
- Proficient: Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline).
- Bonus: Video editing, graphic design, and an itch to experiment with AI tools.

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
