Our client is a large, values-driven public sector organisation focused on building capability across its workforce. Their Learning Solutions team delivers high quality training and development experiences that support people to perform at their best.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

We're seeking a Learning Content Designer with strong graphic design capability to support its Learning Solutions team with new modules. You'll create engaging digital learning materials and visual content that enhance workforce capability.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality digital and graphic design outputs from concept to completion.
  • Produce learning assets, visuals, branded collateral, and supporting materials.
  • Translate complex content into clear, learner friendly visual formats.
  • Work closely with Learning Solutions Advisors, SMEs, and project teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Maintain brand alignment, quality, and accessibility standards.

This role is a 3 month contract and can be remotely based.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone with strong creative ability and a passion for impactful, user centred design. You will also bring:

  • Proven graphic design experience and strong visual communication skills.
  • Background in learning design, LX, eLearning, or content development.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, Rise & Storyline
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality work.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Relevant design qualifications would be desirable.
