This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead user experience design for innovative AI-driven products in a fully remote environment. As a Lead UX Designer, you will shape and drive end-to-end user journeys, creating intuitive, engaging experiences that empower customers and drive product adoption. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to define strategy, conduct research, and iterate solutions based on user feedback and analytics. This position is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration, mentorship, and delivering high-impact design solutions across multiple product areas. You will influence both product vision and execution while shaping the design culture within the team.
Accountabilities
As Lead UX Designer, you will:
- Define, lead, and execute strategic design frameworks for multiple products and experiences.
- Conduct audits, craft end-to-end user journeys, and develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and framework reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, provide guidance on design best practices, and contribute to the growth of the design team.
- Present design rationale, including insights, analytics, and proposed next steps, to stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience delivering products to market with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX and interaction design expertise.
- Proven ability to conceive end-to-end design strategies across complex user journeys.
- Experience planning, scoping, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex design concepts to designers, engineers, and product managers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React).
- Experience working on AI-powered products is a plus.
