Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead User Interface Designer. The Lead UI Designer will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, creating high-quality mockups, and collaborating with other team members to deliver an exceptional user experience. The designer will oversee the end-to-end UI design process, including defining design requirements, conducting usability testing, and ensuring seamless integration with front-end development. The candidate will also act as a key contributor to shaping the visual identity of the Superfan platform.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) to create engaging, intuitive, and accessible user journeys.
• Proficiency in Visual Design and experience creating detailed and high-quality mockups for digital platforms.
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and visually compelling designs.
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful UI design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
• Passion for education, cultural heritage, and promoting diversity is a plus.
