About the Opportunity:
Since 2013, this organization has been building a CRM that eliminates manual data entry and focuses on communication-first sales software designed to help SMBs succeed and scale. The team is approximately 100 people, 100% remote, and dedicated to ensuring small, scaling businesses do not fail due to sales challenges.
Designers on the Product Design team focus on creating exceptional experiences with purpose, simplicity, and impact. The Lead Product Designer on Growth will join a culture of autonomy and craft, driven by excellence and curiosity to solve complex problems with elegant simplicity.
Responsibilities:
• Design experiences shaping growth across the customer journey from first impression through activation, engagement, and monetization
• Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop AI-enhanced user experiences
• Identify and design for high-impact opportunities across the customer journey with cross-functional teams
• Lead UX strategy and design for growth initiatives including onboarding flows, A/B tests, pricing experiments, and retention touchpoints
• Translate research and data insights into hypotheses, prototypes, and design recommendations
• Rapidly move from concept to production-ready designs, shipping multiple iterations weekly
• Ensure cohesive, customer-centered experiences balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Maintain pixel-perfect execution and exceptional attention to detail at speed
• Prototype new concepts quickly to demonstrate ideas
• Drive consensus among stakeholders and present designs to senior leadership
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in product design, UX strategy, or experience design
• Proven experience on a Product Growth team, ideally in B2B SaaS with expertise in growth methods like A/B testing, funnel optimization, experimentation frameworks, retention design, and monetization flows
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, attention to detail, and measurable growth impact
• Strong skills in Figma and design systems
• Expertise in UX and ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable insights
• Strong ideation and prototyping skills to quickly make ideas tangible
• Ability to create sophisticated, scalable solutions across platforms
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
• Comfortable designing with data, including metrics like conversion, activation, time-to-value, and retention
• Excellent systems thinker connecting product strategy, customer insight, and design execution
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and business tradeoffs
• Ability to work with vague direction and advance ideas through design methods
• Experience working remotely with high autonomy
Exceptional Candidates Will Have:
• Experience designing AI features or AI-powered products
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) design
• Experience with experimentation platforms and interpreting A/B test results
• Background in data-driven product experiences and milestone design
• Aptitude for content design and copywriting
