Have 7+ years of experience in product design, with proven leadership in design strategy and team management.Are fluent in Figma (including design systems and tokens), prototyping tools, and Agile workflows.Can bridge design and development, bonus if you’re familiar with HTML, CSS, React, or Angular.Are comfortable designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, voice, AR/VR) and thinking about how systems scale across them.Use both qualitative and quantitative insights (A/B tests, analytics, usability studies) to inform your work.Have experience in design ops and can make a distributed team run smoothly.Stay curious about emerging tools and methods, from generative AI to spatial computing. Nice to have:Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS or multi-brand ecosystems.Background in AI-assisted research, competitive benchmarking, or growth-driven design.Contributions to open-source design systems or community-driven design initiatives.Public speaking, writing, or case studies that share your design process and learnings.
