JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Multimedia Designer manages and mentors a team of creatives to produce high-quality multimedia content across various platforms. This role oversees the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. The position involves developing creative strategies, leading client presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on design trends to deliver innovative and impactful visual solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design with proven expertise across multiple platforms.
• Experienced in leading and managing a design team.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard tools.
• Skilled in conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality multimedia content.
• Strong understanding of branding and consistency under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects for well-known brands.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
