Expert Visual Designer

Type:
Contract
Compensation:
$70–$115/hour
Commitment:
15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, visually polished Excel templates for business users.
• Create professional-grade templates for budgeting, calendars, tracking systems, and productivity use cases.
• Develop planners, dashboards, trackers, budgets, invoices, and project management sheets.
• Focus on strong visual and aesthetic spreadsheet design, not UX or product design.
• Work independently to deliver polished and sellable templates.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• 3–5+ years of full-time professional experience
• College degree or higher
• Strong visual/aesthetic design skills
• Experience using Microsoft Excel in professional environments
• Commitment of a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer

Preferred

• Core design background over product/UX-focused profiles
