We work closely with clients, designers, and builders to transform concepts into construction-ready plans and finished spaces. As we continue growing, we are expanding our design team to support increasing project demand.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Landscape Architect Designer
who can produce complete construction-ready landscape plan sets aligned with U.S. design standards. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical drafting abilities, and the ability to independently create full drawing packages from scratch. If you cannot produce plans at the level of detail shown in our reference samples, this role will not be a fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complete landscape architectural construction drawings, including:

  • Site plans

  • Dimensioning, layout, grading intent, and hardscape plans

  • Construction details following U.S. standards

  • Planting plans, schedules, and legends

  • Sections, elevations, and other required supporting sheets

  • Produce clean, accurate, and buildable CAD drawings for direct construction use

  • Translate conceptual sketches or markups into full construction plan sets

  • Incorporate revisions and updates throughout design and construction phases

  • Maintain consistent graphic and drafting standards across all deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or related technical field
  • Demonstrated ability to create full construction document packages independently
  • 3+ years of experience preparing detailed landscape architectural plans
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (licensed software provided)
  • Ability to match U.S. graphic standards, lineweights, annotation conventions, and sheet layouts
  • Strong technical understanding of:

  • Hardscape detailing

  • Site layout and dimensioning

  • Construction sequencing and buildability

  • Planting design standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based firms or projects

Tools & Support Provided

  • AutoCAD license
  • Access to templates, standards, and project files
  • Direct collaboration with design leadership and project managers
