Landing Page Designer (CRO-Focused)

Landing Page Website Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to support ongoing conversion rate optimisation work across a high-traffic healthcare website.

You’ll work closely with our CRO lead to design and iterate quickly on landing pages, funnels, and key user flows to improve conversion performance.

This is an execution-focused role. Speed and output matter more than perfection.

What you’ll be doing

Designing landing pages and key conversion flows

Creating multiple variations for A/B testing

Iterating quickly based on feedback and performance

Improving clarity, usability, and trust across the site

Supporting ongoing CRO experiments with fast turnaround

What we’re looking for

Strong UX/UI design skills

Experience working on websites with a clear conversion goal

Ability to work quickly and iterate frequently

Comfortable taking direction and implementing ideas fast

Understanding of what drives user action (clarity, hierarchy, trust)

Nice to have:

Experience working with CRO or growth teams

Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, Framer or similar tools

Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar)

Experience in healthcare or other trust-sensitive industries

What success looks like

Fast turnaround from idea to design to live test

High volume of iterations

Measurable improvements in conversion rates

Strong collaboration with the CRO lead
