Kitchen Technical Designer
Remote or Onsite
We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Technical Designer to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in cabinet design, appliance integration, and factory coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of precision, and communicates clearly across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed kitchen designs using 2020 Design software
- Produce accurate technical drawings, layouts, and installation documentation
- Review and interpret architectural plans
- Ability to navigate project specification books
- Coordinate and place orders directly with cabinetry factories and vendors
- Ensure all cabinetry and appliance specifications are properly integrated and compliant
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to cabinet construction, appliance fit, and field conditions
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, vendors, and installers to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 2020 Design (required)
- Strong technical knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware
- Experience coordinating and placing orders with cabinet manufacturers/factories
- In-depth understanding of appliance specifications and proper fitting requirements
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specification manuals
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting or collaboratively onsite
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
