Role Summary
This role supports international clients by executing high-quality short-form video edits and social media graphics that drive engagement and brand visibility. The Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer VA ensures creative outputs are delivered on time, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for digital platforms.
This position focuses on speed, quality, and consistency — enabling clients to scale their content production efficiently.
Key Responsibilities (Execution-Focused)
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) daily, ensuring proper pacing, captions, branding overlays, and optimized formatting for each platform.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips within 24–48 hours of assignment.
- Design social media graphics (posts, carousels, thumbnails, ads) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all creative outputs; follow client templates and asset libraries without deviation.
- Deliver creative assets according to agreed turnaround times (standard: 24–72 hours per task depending on scope).
- Implement revisions within 24 hours of client or internal feedback.
- Organize project files systematically (Google Drive / shared folders) to maintain version control and easy retrieval.
- Track daily deliverables and submit end-of-day updates via ClickUp or Slack.
- Collaborate with Marketing Lead to align visuals with campaign messaging and performance objectives.
- Stay updated on short-form content trends and propose at least one creative improvement idea per week.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborates with Marketing Lead to align creative output with campaign goals and branding direction.
- Coordinates with Operations Integrator to ensure workload balance and delivery timelines.
- Works with Client Account Leads to implement client feedback and adjust creative direction as needed.
- Aligns with Talent Operations for performance feedback, improvement plans, and growth development.
