Job Requirements :
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate research findings into user personas, customer journeys, and user flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure designs follow best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging design patterns.
Knowledge in any of the skills below will be a significant added advantage:
- Web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Isomorphic JS)
- Mobile app development (Android/iOS)
- Illustration/graphic design (icon design, concept visuals, etc.)
