We have an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing UX Team, you will contribute to designing and enhancing the user interface (UI) across our diverse product portfolio.

Your purpose will be to ensure every interface is intuitive, simple, and easy to use. You will work closely with the product manager and developers, iterating on designs based on feedback from both internal teams and stakeholders. By doing so, you’ll help our international customers achieve their objectives, whether in everyday tasks or mission‑critical workflows.

Your Responsibilities

•
Wireframing & Prototyping
: Create low and hi fidelity wireframes and mockups to visualise design ideas and user flows.

Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and senior designers, to ensure a seamless user experience.

•
Information Architecture
: Support the design and organisation of product structure and layout, ensuring intuitive navigation and content flow.

•
Design Iteration
: Continuously refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users to enhance usability and satisfaction.

•
Design System Maintenance
: Contribute to maintaining and updating design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital services.

•
Documentation & Presentation
: Document design processes, user flows, and decisions; present findings and concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Learning & Development
: Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and best practices, and seek opportunities to learn and grow within the role.

Your Skills and Qualifications

•
Educational Background
: Certification or understanding in UX design (formal degree not required).

•
Design Tools Proficiency
: Experience with design and prototyping tools , preferably Figma, or anything similar

Understanding of UX Principles
: Basic knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.

•
Problem-Solving Skills
: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges with user-centric solutions.

Attention to Detail
: High level of accuracy and care in design work.

Communication Skills
: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Portfolio
