Job Title: Junior Template Designer
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain templates using the internal template design tool.
• Build and update templates for Claims and Pre-Estimate Letters.
• Assist in migrating existing Crystal Report templates into the new system.
• Implement business rules, conditional logic, and dynamic content within templates.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate templates.
• Troubleshoot template logic, formatting, and data integration issues.
• Work with QA and development teams to validate template outputs.
• Ensure templates meet quality and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in programming, reporting, or template development.
• Programming experience to implement logic and business rules within templates.
• Strong MS-SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, functions).
• Experience with procedural programming.
• Basic understanding of Crystal Reports (hands-on experience not required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with MS .NET, Python, or React.
• Knowledge of Health and/or Dental Insurance.
• Exposure to claims adjudication or benefits processing workflows.
• Experience with report migration or template automation tools.
