As our new Marketing Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the company brand. From social media graphics to product launches, you’ll design materials that elevate our marketing, support our growth goals, and make us look as good as we sound.

What you’ll own and improve

• Campaign assets: Design creative visuals for campaigns across email, social media, web, and advertising.
• Marketing materials: Build and refine assets like webinar images, blog graphics, product launch promos, sales decks, social media banners, newsletters, advertisements, and video thumbnails.
• Template creation: Develop reusable Canva templates that empower other team members to quickly build on-brand materials.
• Brand consistency: Adapt the company brand identity to new formats and mediums while keeping everything cohesive and recognizable.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team (including copywriters and content creators) to ensure visuals complement and amplify messaging.
• Design systems: Create scalable design processes, file structures, and style guides that streamline marketing production.
• Results & reporting: Review performance of design assets and continuously optimize creative approaches based on outcomes.
• Tool mastery: Bring strong proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Canva—plus familiarity with tools like Sketch, InVision, Miro, or other industry-standard platforms.

What you already have

• 3–5+ years of experience in design, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS or tech companies.
• A portfolio that shows your ability to design across multiple formats (social, email, ads, web, print, presentations, etc).
• Strong creative instincts, with the ability to work fast and think strategically about visuals that drive engagement.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva, plus experience with other relevant design tools.
• Ability to balance speed with quality while meeting deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for building and scaling a brand through creative, effective design.

• High-quality, on-brand designs delivered consistently and on time.
• Increased engagement and performance across campaigns due to strong visuals.
• Brand consistency maintained across all materials and formats.
• Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Data analytics and A/B testing results showcasing a measurable improvement
• Demonstrating complete ownership creative content development, management and organization
