Description

• Design clean and intuitive interfaces for web applications and digital products
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements
• Work closely with developers and management to turn ideas into polished user experiences
• Create company branding materials, social media creatives, and other visual assets when needed
• Help maintain consistency across product design and company branding
• Keep up with modern UI/UX trends and design practices

• Work on UI/UX design for company products, internal tools, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with developers and management during the design and implementation process
• Support company branding through social media creatives, promotional materials, and visual assets when required
• Maintain consistency across product design and brand identity
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance overall user experience and visual quality

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be citizens of Bangladesh or currently residing in Bangladesh
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, graphic design, or similar roles
• A portfolio showing both UI/UX and visual design work
• Comfortable using Figma and other modern design tools
• Good understanding of layout, typography, branding, and responsive design
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setup
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Comfortable working in a structured remote environment with regular reporting and communication
• Willing to use company-required remote work tools, collaboration platforms, monitoring software, or secure work environments when necessary
• Comfortable working within company security and operational policies, including dedicated work systems or virtual environments if required
• Basic understanding of design systems and developer handoff is a plus

This role is primarily focused on UI/UX and product design. However, as a growing technology-focused team within the company, the designer may also occasionally work on branding, marketing creatives, social media posts, and other visual design tasks when needed.
