As we expand globally, design plays a central role in communicating our brand story and creating memorable experiences across packaging, digital, retail, and campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the brandβs visual identity across all channels.
- Create and deliver designs for campaigns, packaging, social media, emails, ads, and print.
- Assist in the design and rollout of new product packaging, from concepts and mock-ups to final print-ready artwork.
- Design engaging digital assets for the website, banners, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines.
- Take initiative in bringing fresh, creative ideas that enhance brand consistency and visual storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2β4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the FMCG, health, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and skills in brand identity, packaging, and campaign or digital design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus).
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or 3D visuals is a bonus.
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Important things to note:
β 8:30 - 17:30 UK Time (1-to-2 hour time difference in SA time)
β This role follows UK Bank holidays and NOT SA public holidays
β This role will be employed through an EOR and is not considered contracting
β You will be responsible for your own stable internet connection and will not be reimbursed
β You will be required to have a backup power supply for the internet and laptop during power outages.
