Role Description
This is a full-time, remote,
unpaid internship
for a strict duration of 3 months.

The Value Exchange:
We are specifically looking for junior graphic designers who require practical execution hours for academic credit, or self-taught creatives who need to build a high-end corporate design portfolio. While this initial 3-month track is strictly unpaid, you are trading your time for direct mentorship, hands-on B2B agency experience, and the right to feature live Khatimec commercial projects in your personal portfolio.

The Renewal Track:
At the end of the 3-month period, high-performing interns will undergo a formal performance review. Successful designers will be offered a contract renewal with upgraded, compensated terms (such as revenue-share on client design packages or a paid junior retainer).

Daily responsibilities involve executing brand architecture from the ground up. You will design corporate logos, comprehensive brand guidelines, pitch decks, high-impact social media creatives, and professional B2B marketing assets (like posters and invitations). You will be working on live commercial collateral, ensuring all visual assets align perfectly with strict corporate aesthetics and minimalist design principles.

Qualifications

  • Creative Execution: Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Brand Architecture: Deep understanding of layout, corporate typography, color theory, and minimalist design. You must know how to make a brand look authoritative, not just "pretty."
  • Asset Production: Ability to produce clean, scalable vector graphics, print-ready files (posters, flyers), and optimized digital creatives.
  • Workflow & Iteration: Ability to execute tasks independently in a remote environment while communicating effectively, receiving direct creative critique, and iterating rapidly without taking feedback personally.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree/Diploma (or currently completing one) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred, but self-taught designers with a striking, highly professional portfolio will be prioritized.
