THE ROLE

We are looking for a part-time Junior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for social-native design and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality. You will work across multiple client accounts, bringing scripts and content strategies to life visually and helping maintain strong, consistent brand identities across platforms. This role has real creative ownership from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Content Design
: Create scroll-stopping graphics, carousels, reels covers, and thumbnails for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Brand Systems:
Build and maintain visual brand guidelines for multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Video Support:
Collaborate with video editors to deliver motion graphic elements, lower thirds, and text overlays.

Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with social media managers and content strategists to ensure visuals align with platform strategy and brand voice.

Quality Control:
Review your own work against brand standards before submitting, and iterate quickly based on performance data and client feedback.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a social media, content, or agency setting

  • A strong portfolio showing social-native design work including carousels, reels covers, and branded content

  • Proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), or both

  • Solid understanding of platform-specific formats and what performs visually on each

  • Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple brand voices simultaneously without losing each one's identity

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working async across a remote team using tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Suite

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with motion graphics or basic After Effects animation

  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway

  • Background designing for coaches, wellness brands, or personal brands

  • Experience working with thought leaders or public-facing personal brands
