Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and content management systems (e.g., Inkling, SharePoint, LMS platforms), Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, Adobe PDF
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing, user guides, and interactive formats.
  • Has an eye for design

Core responsibilities:

  • Convert PDFs, PowerPoints, and other static documents into interactive digital user guides and job aids.Assist in the design and update of eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Upload, maintain, and manage learning content within platforms like Inkling and other online training systems.
  • Ensure consistency and branding standards are applied across learning materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, learner-friendly content.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on digital training materials before release.
  • Organize and archive digital content to ensure version control and easy access.
  • Support learning team with additional administrative duties related to training projects, reporting, and file management.
  • Assist with rollout and communication plans for training launches or course updates.
