About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to support our creative team across branding, packaging, and website projects. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting into the details, staying organized, and helping bring polished, production-ready design files to life. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Designers to prepare dielines, convert and match colors, organize presentation decks and brand books, and keep Figma files clean and ready for developer handoff.

This role is highly executional but also a key part of making sure our work looks elevated and consistent at every stage. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable in Figma, and eager to learn from experienced designers while contributing right away, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support designers on branding, packaging, and website design projects.
• Edit and scale out website designs and brand books in Figma using templates and existing design systems.
• Create and refine production-ready print dielines in Adobe Illustrator based off of existing packaging mock ups.
• Create Powerpoint presentation templates for clients based on existing design systems.
• Convert and match colors across different formats and outputs such as Hex Codes to Pantone colors.
• Prepare and organize Figma website files for developer handoff (cleaning layers, organizing components, ensuring consistency).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all design deliverables.
• Collaborate in a remote environment using Figma, Illustrator, Slack, and Asana.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 1-2 years professional design experience (preferably at a creative agency).
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is required (experience with print dielines is a plus).
• Experience with Powerpoint is a plus.
• Enjoys the detailed work of production design (cleaning, organizing, refining, and formatting).
• Brings a strong eye for consistency and polish.
• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn from senior team members.
• Thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
• Is comfortable working remotely; if based near NYC or Connecticut, occasional in-person meetings are possible.
