RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing creative projects across

various industries, with a strong focus on website mockups, branding, and marketing materials. The

ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design outputs in

line with client requirements and company standards.

•Conceptualization & Design: Assist in conceptualizing and designing website mock-ups and

projects for clients from different industries.

•Client Collaboration: Confer with team leads and project executives to understand client

design directions for websites and digital campaigns.

•Creative Production: Develop graphics and layouts for websites, company logos, product

illustrations, and marketing materials.

•High-Quality Output: Work collaboratively with the team to produce visually appealing

designs that meet branding and marketing objectives.

•File Management: Maintain an organized archive of images, photos, and design materials for

future reference.

•Video Editing & Custom Graphics: Take charge of video editing, custom illustrations,

infographics, icons, and original artwork for various projects.

•Design Trends & Tools: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies,

recommending innovations that can enhance team performance.

•Project Fulfilment: Collaborate with the project team to meet day-to-day client needs and

production requirements.

•Deadline Management: Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in line with the

project schedule and deadlines.

•Compliance: Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, design principles, and legal

requirements.

•Mockup Creation: Design website mockups using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch,

ensuring designs meet client expectations for layout, typography, and color schemes.

•Interactive Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes to visualize website functionality and

user flow.

•Client Feedback Integration: Present mockups to clients, gather feedback, and iterate on

designs to achieve the desired outcome.

•Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure mockups are

accurately translated into functional websites, maintaining design consistency and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

•Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

•Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.

•Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a flair for unique designs.

•Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.

•A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively with in-house developers and

project teams.

•Strong interpersonal communication skills.

•Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
