Position Title: UI/UX Designer

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Client Timezone)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our mobile, web, and internal applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and recommend best practices for user experience for mobile applications.
  • Design, create, and recommend best practices for user experience for web applications.
  • Design, create, and recommend best practices for user experience for internal applications.
  • Create user interface mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for mobile, web, and internal applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and optimize the user experience.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, planning, and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, aligned with the client's timezone. The role may require occasional flexibility to collaborate with teams in different time zones.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
