🌟 Job Opportunity: Marketing & Design Assistant (Remote from Peru)

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Graphic Design & Marketing Support

• Design compelling visuals for product flyers, digital/print ads, and presentations.
• Create engaging email marketing campaigns and custom templates using Beefree.io and Canva .
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for asset creation and refinement.
• Apply strategic design thinking to ensure all visuals align with core marketing goals and brand consistency.

Administrative & Project Management Support

• Maintain and update our Monday.com project management system.
• Assist with data cleanup, spreadsheet creation, and product data maintenance.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost efficiency and support deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; communicate directly with the CEO to ensure strategic consistency.

🎯 Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing support, design, or project management is preferred.
• Proven ability to design email campaigns and build templates from scratch.
• Proficiency in Beefree.io, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Dropbox .
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Notion).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Monday to Friday,
9 AM to 1 PM PST
(11 AM to 3 PM LIMA time)
