Core Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify product gaps and opportunities
• Design and build AI prototypes to solve UI/UX challenges
• Continuously iterate and improve prototypes based on feedback
• Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams
• Align design decisions with the goal of improving product retention
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups and team discussions

Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on experience in creating 10+ AI prototypes
• Strong understanding of user behavior and UX principles
• Proficiency in Figma and AI prototyping tools
• Ability to think in systems and solve product-level problems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
• Available for daily stand-up meetings at 11:30 AM IST

• Part-time (20 hours/week)
• Remote work setup
• Mandatory Meetings:
• Daily Stand-up (DSM): 11:30 AM IST
• Division Meeting & Infofrenzy: Every Tuesday at 1:00 PM IST
