Job Description
As part of our Marketing and Communications Team, you'll play a key role in creating compelling visual assets that reflect our B2B clients' brand and purpose. You'll work across a variety of print and digital projects — from catalogues, brochures, event stands, packaging, and sales materials to digital graphics, social content, presentations, and video edits. This is a hands-on role suited for an experienced designer who values both creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce on-brand materials for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
- Deliver accurate, visually engaging assets that meet creative briefs and deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver print-ready and digital-optimized files.
- Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints in line with our client's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective solutions.
- Support the marketing team with PowerPoint and Word design systems for sales and RFQ materials.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising quality.
- Apply feedback constructively to continuously improve outputs.
About You
You're a creative professional who balances strong conceptual thinking and a solid grasp of core layout principles, with technical expertise and a meticulous eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take pride in producing high-quality, error-free work.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 8+ years' experience in a graphic design role (agency, studio, corporate, or healthcare environment).
- Expert-level InDesign skills. This is non-negotiable, as you'll be working on large, complex, multi-page documents every week.
- Extensive long-form layout and print production experience, including styles, grids, colour management, and preparing flawless print-ready files.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is essential, alongside Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong knowledge of print production, layout design, colour management, and composition principles.
- Excellent typography and photo-editing skills.
- Experience designing in Word and PowerPoint for corporate templates and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage feedback, deadlines, and multiple priorities effectively.
- Photography or image retouching experience.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Canva templates and PowerPoint design system setup.
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro or similar).
