DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, and assessing training programs and services as follows:Coordinate activities associated with the delivery of the learning curriculum from needs assessment through concept, pilot, implementation, and evaluation.Provide administrative support to key offerings associated with the corporate workforce development initiative.Foster key relationships with HR, TAI, managers, leaders, and senior leaders corporate-wide to collaboratively assess and support workforce development.Schedule courses; establish/maintain relationships with internal SMEs and external vendors; meet and support SMEs/Vendors on the day of course offerings; assist participantsAnalyze course effectiveness based on observations/student feedback; recommend changesDevelop blended learning solutions using Adobe, Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Captivate, Flash, Dreamweaver, Articulate, Presenter, Engage, QuizMaker, SnagIt, web conferencing technology, or similar applicationsProactively identify, develop, and help lead improvements to ensure effective and efficient processesEdit courseware as neededDay-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload Design and develop learning materials (eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, etc.) using:Adobe InDesign (primary tool)Articulate StorylineMicrosoft PowerPointApply and maintain consistency with established visual and instructional design standards set by the Creative Director.Collaborate with project managers and instructional designers to ensure timely delivery of assets.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency.Conduct light quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure formatting accuracy and functionality.Maintain organized file structures and version control for all deliverables.Required Skills/Attributes Expert-level proficiency in:Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite), Articulate Storyline, Microsoft PowerPoint5+ Years Designing and developing corporate training content – eLearning and ILTStrong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and brand/style guidelines.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Strong organizational and file management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in a readily understandable manner.
