Rate: $45/hr - $50/hr
We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our team and help create engaging training materials! If you are passionate about video production and instructional design, we want to hear from you!

Scope of Work:Utilize your fluency in video production to create high-quality training videos.Leverage advanced knowledge of Synthesia software to bring scripts to life.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training materials meet learning objectives and adhere to best practices.Work remotely and manage your time effectively, ensuring availability during work hours.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop performance-enhancing training programsCreate and maintain training materials using established methodologies, including eLearning, virtual learning, and video.Identify and develop new opportunities and methods for training delivery.Provide recommendations on training approaches, design methodologies, and distribution strategies.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Minimum of three years of progressive experience in instructional design and performance consulting.Demonstrated project management experience in organizing and executing large-scale projects.Proficiency in learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, InDesign, Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Creative Cloud.Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present ideas effectively.Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.

Portfolio Requirement:Applicants must include a portfolio link on their resume showcasing relevant work.

Physical Requirements:Work is typically performed in a home office environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
