We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Design Contractor to support the development of technical training materials. This temporary contract role will work closely with the Technical Learning & Development team to deliver engaging, high-quality content with a fast turnaround.What You’ll Do:Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to design and develop technical training content.Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.Develop multimedia assets (audio, video, simulations, interactive modules) to enhance learning.Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards while adhering to tight timelines.Leverage tools and templates to align content with corporate training objectives.What We’re Looking For:Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.Solid background in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.Strong skills in audio/video recording and editing (preferred).Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with SMEs and project teams.Key Skills:Instructional design & content developmentMultimedia creation (audio, video, simulations, interactive modules)Video/audio editingCommunication & collaborationDetail orientation and ability to manage deadlinesNice to Have:Experience supporting internal project teams and working on special projectsStrong editorial and review skills
