Summary of the RoleJoin a leading biopharma company on a fast-paced, short-term project to design and develop interactive eLearning focused on compliance and inspection readiness. You’ll partner virtually with subject matter experts to create engaging online training delivered via the company LMS.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with SMEs to develop instructional materials for online clinical trial coursesDesign and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia to enrich eLearning modulesAlign content to learning objectives and instructional design best practicesManage project timelines and coordinate with training content experts for on-time deliveryEngage in cross-functional meetings to drive milestones and adapt to evolving needsEnsure content meets LMS requirements and is inspection-readiness focused
QualificationsTop 3 Must-Have SkillsExceptional communication and project management in a cross-functional environmentMastery of Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe IllustratorExperience in highly regulated industries (biotech/pharma/GxP)
Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 7 years of instructional design with emphasis on interactive contentProven track record developing training for corporate LMS environmentsStrong collaboration, organization, and delivery focus
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in instructional design/technology or related fieldExperience in biotech, pharmaceutical, GxP, or other regulated industries
