Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Instructional Designer (Contractor)
to develop clear, engaging instructional materials that support learning objectives. This role focuses on creating
PowerPoint-based training materials
and related resources. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with our
Lead Trainer
, who will provide the source content and guidance for each deliverable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and supporting instructional materials (e.g., facilitator guides, participant handouts, reference sheets, or visuals) based on information provided by the Lead Trainer.
- Structure and organize content logically to meet identified learning objectives and enhance learner comprehension.
- Apply instructional design best practices to ensure materials are clear, concise, and effective for adult learners.
- Edit and format all materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, maintaining alignment with the organization's tone and style guidelines.
- Incorporate visuals, icons, and graphics to reinforce key concepts and improve learner retention.
- Collaborate with the Lead Trainer to review drafts, integrate feedback, and ensure final materials accurately reflect intended messaging and learning outcomes.
- Maintain version control and organized records of drafts and final deliverables.
- Deliver all materials according to project timelines and milestones.
