Are you a creative design professional with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for producing retail-quality visuals? We’re looking for a Home-Based Designer for Marketing to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll create dynamic graphics, engaging marketing assets, and impactful designs that visually communicate our swag platform.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design engaging graphics and slides for social media (LinkedIn)
• Create cool images and GIFs for email marketing campaigns
• Produce retail-quality website heroes, images, and wireframes for new content
• Develop website wireframes for new content and icons for certain pages
• Support client presentations with compelling PowerPoint pitch decks and demo decks
• Regularly review the website for design improvement opportunities
• Design within brand guidelines while exploring creative retail-inspired concepts

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Production, Graphic Design, or any related roles with 1+ year tenure in a previous role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Work Schedule: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
• Technical Skills:
• 3+ years’ experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Promotional and/or merch industry experience is a plus
• High level of detail orientation
• Has a portfolio of design work to share during the interview process
