Role Overview
We are hiring a creative Graphics Designer & Social Media Manager (SMM) to handle our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in graphic design, video editing, and content creation, while also bringing forward trending ideas to boost our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Design eye-catching graphics, posts, and digital content for social media.
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with trending topics and viral formats to keep content fresh.
• Manage social media pages, schedule content, and interact with followers.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth).
• Work with the team to align content with Mistri Hub’s brand and vision.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a graphics designer and/or social media content creator.
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Strong video editing skills for Reels and TikTok content.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Basic knowledge of running Facebook/Instagram Ads is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently (remote role).
