RoleColorFinder is a leadership and team alignment platform helping organizations reduce friction, improve collaboration, and strengthen retention through a structured 12-week program. We’re scaling fast with offices planned in Greenwich, Singapore, Dubai, and Chennai, we’re looking for a creative design intern to help us elevate our visual brand.

🎯 Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer Intern, you’ll work directly with our Founder & CEO to design visuals for marketing, client materials, and presentations. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into eye-catching graphics that communicate RoleColorFinder’s value clearly and professionally.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and LinkedIn carousels.
• Create visually engaging decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
• Work on branded materials like brochures, certificates, and reports.
• Support website design improvements with assets, icons, and illustrations.
• Ensure consistency with our brand kit (colors, fonts, styles).

✅ Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate ideas into polished designs.
• Organized, reliable, and responsive to feedback.
• Bonus: Prior experience designing for startups, education, or HR.
