About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience who can create engaging visual content for digital platforms. The candidate should be able to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the marketing and content teams in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns.

Create banners, posters, presentations, and promotional materials.

Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative ideas.

Edit images, graphics, and layouts using design tools.

Deliver high-quality design work within deadlines.

Make revisions based on feedback from internal teams.

Organize and maintain design files and assets.

Stay updated with design trends and digital content styles.

Support the team with design requirements for ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (InDesign is a plus).

Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.

Good communication and time management skills.
