Graphics Designer

*Remote Role for Candidates Based Only in The Philippines*

We are looking to add two experienced graphics designers to our team at the Paul McFadden Wealth group of companies. This role will have a specific focus on our MoAH Media branding division, where we redesign, brand and rebrand high performance businesses.

This role will be focused on brand strategy, brand creation, digital asset design for social media and paid advertising, reporting directly to our Marketing and Brand Director.

The candidate must have recent and extensive experience working in branding and brand strategy from a graphics perspective. This is not a basic role of just making social media posts and brochures.

We work with businesses ranging from £500,000-£25,000,000+ requiring elite level graphics, branding and content support.

This role will be conducted from 9AM-5PM *UK TIME*. There is no current availability for working hours based on Philippines time due to the required team communications.

This is an annual, 12 month rolling contract, with the same benefits as a UK role such as paid holiday leave, bereavement leave and sick leave.

We're looking for a Brand Strategist & Designer to lead full brand projects from start to finish. This is an office-based, full-time role for someone who’s confident guiding the brand process and doing the work, positioning, messaging, identity design, and visual execution.

The Role

As Brand Strategist & Designer, you’ll be responsible for delivering full brand identities, leading strategy, creating brand systems, and bringing ideas to life visually. You’ll run workshops, develop brand direction, and execute the creative, sometimes with support from our wider team, and sometimes independently.

This isn’t a manager role. It’s a hands-on, high-level creative role for someone who thrives when given ownership, autonomy, and a clear standard of quality. You’ll work directly with clients, collaborate with our designers, content creators, and developers, and deliver brand work that’s sharp, thoughtful, and built to last.

You’ll work on brands across industries, coaching, consultancy, personal brands, and service and product based businesses, delivering everything from naming and messaging to logo systems, visual toolkits, and digital-ready brand guides. Projects include everything from website styling and presentations to packaging and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Strategy Run discovery sessions and workshops with clients. Build brand positioning, messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and core identity strategy.

• Create Visual Identity Systems Design brand visuals including logo, colour palette, typography, imagery style, and supporting assets. Create clear, usable brand guidelines.

• Deliver Brand Projects Independently Take full ownership of projects from start to finish, strategy, creative direction, design, and client presentation. Use your experience to move things forward with confidence and clarity.

• Collaborate Across the Creative Team Work alongside other designers, content creators, and developers to roll out brand systems across web, print, social, and merchandise. Brief, review, and support others as needed.

• Contribute to Campaign and Marketing Creative Support the advertising and digital teams to make sure campaigns align with the brand strategy. Review assets and provide brand-led creative input.

• Conduct Research and Brand Audits Stay up to date with industry trends and client markets. Use competitor research and market insights to inform your strategy and creative decisions.

• Present to Clients and Stakeholders Lead client calls and presentations, explain your decisions, and confidently manage feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in brand development, covering both strategy and design
  • Confident leading discovery sessions, workshops, and client presentations
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
  • Skilled in developing full brand identity systems, from concept to delivery
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Able to write or refine messaging, tone of voice, and naming frameworks
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines
  • Strong attention to typography, layout, and design quality
  • Experience applying brand systems across print, digital, merchandise, and web
  • Confident managing client relationships and feedback with professionalism
  • Experienced in creating practical, easy-to-use brand guidelines
  • A portfolio of end-to-end brand projects that demonstrate both strategic thinking and strong design execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
