Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Graphic Designer
with a minimum of
5 years of professional experience
to support a variety of creative and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills across print and digital media and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of materials including documents, flyers, infographics, conference programs, social media graphics, and other communication assets.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, formats, and final deliverables (print, digital, ePub, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients to plan and schedule projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and agency communication strategies.
• Define print production specifications and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality final output.
• Create or integrate illustrations, images, and layouts that align with the desired theme and tone.
• Select appropriate typography, color schemes, and layouts to enhance clarity and visual appeal.
• Produce drafts for client review and revise designs based on feedback.
• Ensure all final designs comply with agency brand guidelines and style standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, including print layouts such as flyers, programs, posters, postcards, reports, advertisements, logos, and illustrations.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience creating print layouts in Microsoft Word to allow future client edits.
