About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position is open to candidates at all experience levels—from fresh graduates to experienced designers. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs across digital and print media, supporting marketing, branding, and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, presentations, and email templates
• Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and branded collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications
• Work on layout, typography, and color theory to produce polished and professional work
• Translate concepts into creative designs that align with brand identity
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and concepts
• Prepare design files for production, including print-ready and digital formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–12 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools like Figma or Canva
• Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities across various mediums (academic, professional, or personal projects accepted)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web asset creation
• Experience in branding and visual identity development
• Knowledge of print production processes
• Experience working in Agile or multidisciplinary teams
• Must have eligibility to work in the UK—no visa sponsorship provided

Pay: £25,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
