The Graphic Designer is responsible for production design across all of Trilogy Care’s marketing channels, including digital ads, social media assets, website graphics, email templates, presentations, print materials, and brand collateral. This role combines strong traditional design skills with active use of AI tools to accelerate creative output, maintain brand consistency, and continuously improve design workflows.
This is a hands-on production role with a strong AI-enhanced focus, central to supporting Trilogy Care’s next phase of growth. The Graphic Designer will work to the brand guidelines and creative direction set by the Lead Graphic Designer, delivering high-quality visual assets at volume with fast turnaround while leveraging AI to work smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual assets across all marketing channels – digital ads, social media, website graphics, email templates, presentations, signage, newsletters, EDMs, and print materials.
- Develop and maintain brand identities (including logos, support graphics, and brand guidelines) for Trilogy Care and associated company brands, leading rollout across all marketing touchpoints.
- Actively leverage AI design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva Magic Studio) to accelerate creative production and generate asset variations across required dimensions from a single master design.
- Build and maintain templated documents for the broader business to ensure the brand is consistently applied across the organization.
- Produce engaging animations, motion graphics, or short-form video edits that effectively communicate key messages across digital channels.
- Optimize images for web usage while ensuring high-quality output, including AI-powered image upscaling, background removal, and generative fill workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and delivering assets at volume with fast turnaround.
- Proactively experiment with emerging AI capabilities in design, documenting repeatable AI design workflows and playbooks.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all outgoing and partner communications align with the Trilogy Care brand identity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio of digital and print design work
- Strong layout, typography, and colour skills with the ability to work from brand guidelines and templates with consistency.
- Demonstrated experience using AI design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva Magic Studio) to accelerate creative
- production.
- Ability to use AI to auto-generate asset variations across multiple dimensions and formats from a single master design.
- Experience using AI-powered brand compliance tools to scan designs against brand guidelines and flag deviations before sign-off.
- Experience producing design assets at volume with fast turnaround across digital and print.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand quality and consistency.
- Genuine curiosity and appetite for emerging AI capabilities in design – proactively experiments with new tools and workflows.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Desirable
- Figma experience; advanced Illustrator skills.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar).
- Experience in aged care, health, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI image generation tools.
- Experience documenting repeatable AI design workflows (e.g. step-by-step playbooks for team use of AI tools in day-to-day production).
- Print design experience (brochures, event materials, signage).
