We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic and Website Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of branding and digital design, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. This role requires proficiency in various design tools and an eye for detail, ensuring that all designs align with our marketing strategies and enhance user experience across multiple platforms.

Duties

• Develop and design engaging graphics for web, print, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive branding materials that reflect the company’s identity.
• Create user interface (UI) designs for websites and applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to produce high-quality visuals.
• Design and maintain content within content management systems, including WordPress. Day to day management of our website design and development.
• Conduct photography sessions and video editing to produce multimedia content.
• Work with Figma, Sketch, InVision, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance web design projects.
• Participate in presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Designing brochures and day to day lead on all design and development of marketing and web materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Familiarity with web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design techniques.
• Strong understanding of branding concepts and marketing strategies.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
• Experience in photography and video editing is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
